Super Mario Bros. NES goombas given a SNES style, and also colored into Gloombas from Paper Mario, and Red Goombas from Super Mario Bros. 3. The 32x32 and 64x64 sprites are original, though a reference sheet of All-Stars colored Goombas was used to get the pixel placement correct.

The SNES Goombas are definitely colored differently from All-Stars, as oddly, those Goombas had red or pink shoes, I forget; while modern Goombas have dark brown shoes, which is what I did here. They're also a bit darker in All-Stars, and I accidentally made these ones lighter than the modern Goombas.

However, I feel like the 32x32 Goombas should have more shades to make it look like either a GBA sprite or a PSX scenery object, same with the 64x64 Goombas, which I could have made look like an N64 scenery object like the trees in SM64. I'll figure that out at some point after I finish the song I'm putting together for my girlfriend, and then maybe I'll try to do a Goomba that would fit across a whole 144p screen.
