A very blue looking 12th Doctor.
Wanted to play around with a color palette I’ve never tried before.
Colored pencils and white paint, 5 hours.

THIs IS ASTOUNDING. I like the idea of a very blue-nuanced palette, I like even more the nuances of his complexion. This is one of my topmost favourite Twelve pieces I've come across on deviantart so far. Bravo!
