A DnD character commission, inspired by WoW.

Here's the character's backstory from the client:
"Syrendel was born a Drow Noble to commoner parents in the city of Zirnakaynin on Golarion. He wasraised in a typical ruthless Drow society. When he was young, he murdered his parents when he believed they were going to sacrifice him to demons (He recently found out they were actually planning to smuggle him out of the Underdark to save his life). He spent much of his life after that serving as a spy and assassin on the fringes of Drow society.

He always hated that many of the Drow on Golarion were subservient to demons, so he eventually made his way up towards the World Wound to join those that were attempting to close it. His overall end goal was to become a God himself to rule over the Drow alongside Lolth. He began working with an Aasimar paladin to form another Crusade to stop the demonic horde, initially just intending to use him for his own goals, but he eventually developed a fondness for the paladin and his other compatriots.

Eventually, the founders of this new Crusade were made Heralds of different Gods, tapping into the divine power of the Wardstones that had been absorbed by the party. Syrendel became the Herald of Lolth.

Over time, as he continued to work with the other party members and general outsiders, he began to change. He became disillusioned with Lolth and Drow society and eventually betrayed her, forging a pact with Bhaal (Neutral-Good Elven Bhaal. The DM used his character from Baldur’s Gate after he ascended to Godhood) to become his herald and do his bidding in exchange for him protecting Syrendel’s soul against Lolth. He began moving away from assassination work and started going towards a more investigative path and learning to wield magic more proficiently.

Sometime later, Syrendel found himself on the Utopia home world of the Seldarine and became obsessed with recreating it on Golarion. He began to worship Sehanine Moonbow/Selune and devoted himself towards redemption and the unification of all elves. He very recently became her Herald, having fulfilled his contract with Bhaal, and she “reforged” him in the moon well of her Temple. He emerged a Moon Elf and with greater magical potential.

His goals now are to destroy the Demonic Abyss, kill Lolth (and in doing so hopefully free the Drow from her web), and still become a God, albeit a far more benevolent one than he originally intended."
