ok here it is....another WW piece and yes, i STILL hate drawing her...she is SO difficult to draw..this particular piece gave me a hard time. i just couldnt get the foreshortening right on her back leg and her upper body was deff a challenge as well. but i have to admit... when shes all said and done she looks nice all shinny and new.i bought a $600 airbrush soley for the purpose of special FX...like the smoke and shine u see here. thats it...i have no intentions of using it for paintings and such.
did several new techniques i've never tried before...like the fade into white with a red marker...i only have 3 shades of red and its not easy to do....tilted the marker all the was to its side to get a fade look. never done fire, or what i choose to believe is fire smoke....and red splatter was fun.

I found a print of this on ebay -- I had never seen the particular drawing before, but it really blew me away. Sadly, I lost the bid but I'll keep my eye out for the next one.

This is amazing work. Few people can capture the strength and beauty of Wonder Woman effectively. You've done a fantastic job in portraying the power of a demi-god in her gaze. My favorite element in this work is the powerful legs that pushes through the blasted landscape as she blocks the incoming barrage. Again, well done.

Really nice picture! I love the colouring and WW looks positively bad ass. HOwever, I think I can see your problem with foreshortening. I think the top part of the legs are both a little too long. I think if you shorten them down a bit that will work. But a great peice, this is definitely fantastic!

Great Wonder Woman! She looks strong, aggressive and like a true amazon warrior! I like her expression and her pose! One of the best Dianas I have seen - not only sexy but powerful and impressive too!

I know you already bought it, and probably don't want to hear it, but you can get awesome airbrushes for a lot cheaper. I'm a commercial airbrush artist. Nothing really artsy per se, but I paint details on the kind of manikins that you see in museums and what not. I use one of those $600 airbrushes myself at work. It is indeed a fine instrument capable of producing ink pen fine lines, and mist shading. When I became intersted in doing some of my own work at home, I went looking for something I could afford. An Iwata Neo matches my work airbrush for quality. And I picked it up on sale for $40. If you ever need another fine detail brush, I suggest one of those. For anything using thicker fluid, or covering large areas, Pasche VL-3/5's are absolute beasts and are one of my big workhorses.
As for Wonder Woman, I think it's an AWESOME piece.

I never liked WW, and I still don't like her because I think she's boring, but this piece you made makes her look amazingly beautiful, attractive and interesting. In fact, it's one of your best works in my opinion. Just excellent.
