Good drawing. I like the pose and the outift.
Her shoulder seems a little too high though. The space between her breasts and the bottom of her arm looks too big. I think its because you referenced the pose, but then made her arm much much thinner, leaving a space where the original arm used to be. Other than that, the anatomy is good though.
I think that your work would look much richer if you didn't use such a soft brush, and if you stopped using the dodge and burn tools (and if you aren't I apologize, but it looks like you're using them). Also the smudge tool...these are all tools that can be helpful, but only in little bits. Using the smudge tool on her wings makes them look a little cheap. I know that wings are ridiculously hard to shade, but I recommend that you start painting them rather than smudging.
Hyung-tae kim is a good artist for colouring reference. He uses lots of solid shadows and has a bit of a chunky painting style. just go to [link] to find a huge gallery of his stuff.
I hope you understand what I mean when I say solid shadows and painted styles. lol.

Oh yeah, I wasn't really saying that you should correct this piece...moreso just a few pointers for future pictures. If you don't use the dodge and burn tools, then do you use the airbrush? Something is making your colours look way too soft...I mean, softness definitely has its place, but not all the time. Some solid, stark shadows can add a lot.
Anyways, I look forward to seeing more pieces. ^^
