As to his eyes, they should be anatomically accurate. If you need a proof, send me your e-mail address and I'll send you the photo that that I drew from. You would then have no reason to worry that I can't even get a person's facial proportions or the position of their eyes right.

Since I have studied art for more than 10 years, and have practiced long and hard hard to even dare to claim that portraits are my specialty, it's by now fairly safe to say that I know pretty well, what I'm doing when it comes to depicting faces.
Still, should you want a photo to confirm what I said, I'll find it for you.
However, I take great care each time I depict anyone's face. (Just please try to overlook my very early works that were uploaded here, because some friends of mine are fond of them. Anything to keep them happy!

About this portrait, I'm very glad that it was commissioned from me. Lee is great in Thranduil's role, and once the last movie of The Hobbit trilogy came out, where we get lots of him, I seriously feasted my eyes at the cinema. Wish there was a fourth part to the series, focusing on him entirely! Well, Richard Armitage is most enjoyable as well, and so I'd dearly like to see more of those two...
