In this act, Cuddles needs to pump up a huge balloon... but despite everything she does, she can't get the dang thing to inflate. After working the pump for so long, it's acting very resistant, as if it's maxed out... yet not an ounce of air is in the balloon. She even swears she can hear something inflating... creaking... groaning with air... What the heck is up with this thing?!
