Description Done with Open Canvas 1 (pre-sketch and slight touch up in Photoshop). I find OC is much better when I want to draw b&w art, the lines look a lot more natural plus I can draw quicker.

Anyway this is Sawachika Eri and Harima Kenji from School Rumble, probably one of my favorite manga/animes out there. Drawing a fanart of them has been trotting in my head for a little while.

I usually don't care for pairings, but needless to say those two are the characters I like best so I'm hoping they end up together, even though I quite like Yakumo.

the art has an interesting look to it,I like it Omg Eri X Harima! Preferably,my favorite episode is on New Year's day when they are forced to work together in the Lion Costume,I died from laughter when they flew off the cliff and Harima carried Eri back up the cliff ^.^

I like this couple from school rumble! ErixHarima...well, in a sort of normal way. They are made for each other especially when I read the manga where Harima and her met at that rainy day after she said farewell to her dad going away on another business trip. And her comforted her using an umbrella at the end of that chapter.

Eri: "Do you like curry or nikujaga?"

Kenji: "Curry."

And so the two walked away in the drenched rain towards home.

And one funny part when she gave him that Gregory Helms-style shining wizard to his temple(side of the head) when she saw him with another woman who was making him nikujaga. And he said to Eri before he liked curry! What a funny scene that was! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!

In fact, that scene kind of inspires me to create Eri in a SVR wrestling game(wwe smackdown vs raw) where her finisher would be the shining wizard and her second move would be the London's Bridge(where she hails from)-similar to Carlito's backstabber finisher. Anyways, great artwork on the pair. I really like this!!

Thanks ^_^ I love this manga, it has a lot of hilarious scenes! My favorite part of the story is when Harima works at Mikoto's place, Eri doesn't recognise him and even asks if he would pretend to be her fiancΓ© so she doesn’t have to get married. That part of the story also ended with Harima being kicked by Eri XD (not sure what this kind of move is called in wrestling, she jumps and uses both her feet to kick him on the chest)
