thanks and yeah you can do cell shading in Photoshop, it's what I use. it's really simple, if you go on my other account and look at my lineart tutorial it'll show you how, just apply the same ideas to colors!

I just love the energy in this pose! And her face is so cute and happy! I absolutely love the thick lines and their varying weight, and how smooth the lines and shading are! This is a really gorgeous piece. *_*
