The rifle is PSL (Puşcă Semiautomată cu Lunetă) - Romanian rifle. A derivative of AK rifle, not SVD variant.
The uniform (not the winter coat) is WW2 German-based with Soviet color.
The helmet is based on Soviet Army helmet.

If you have watched Sora No Woto, maybe you will remember someone from that anime. But this is not her
I was (very) heavily influenced by that character when drawing this (and the old version of this) hehe

I'm REALLY sorry, but you did small mistake: PSL is derivative of RPK weapon design (Ruchnoy Pulemyot Kalashnikova), but no AK rifle..
But yes, in this rifle used analogue AK gas-discharge mechanism. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No, actually I tried to combine WW2-styled uniform and 60-70s uniform.
In this case, this is a cross between Wehrmacht and Soviet Army, with Romanian rifle.

East Germany combined Wehrmacht and Soviet styles. Most Warsaw Pact members tried to preserve a national look, except Bulgaria.   They were a little bit too zealous.

no, PSL uses its specific magazine because it's chambered for 7.62x54R.

Also... the same weapon they are using... the sniper rifle.

Sadly they are different. Reki uses the Russian SVD and Katarine uses the Romanian PSL.

Reki always have a quote "I am a bullet". Plus, she never misses.
