She doesn't quite look like Mulan... the old drawing was more Asian-looking. But this is gorgeous. And I love Mulan. So I commend you for good taste and drawing beautiful eyes.

Her eyes are gorgeous and probably my fave part of this drawing. I agree with ~chisu-chan that her neck is a touch too long, but other than that I don't see anything wrong with it.
