The view is since long obscured

With holes in the hull and torn sail
The heaven is closing above me
Clouds are piling up in threatening shapes
This scares me, but fascinates me extremely
The hope is devoured, the life is being drained, dreams are being murdered
Everything that ever meant something
Is losing its value, its actual meaning
I don't know where this boat will lead me
Yet I don't jump off
I wish for nothing more than to get out of here
But like a cyst I hang on tight
