Over the ocean!Rogue is my favorite mutant, and I'm so happy I did a good job in this piece!! Can't wait to do this cosplay!
Reference image: static.comicvine.com/uploads/o… but I wanted her to look more like the animated series.
I used all brushes to make the background, and different textures for on her.

A lot of my backgrounds are brushes I downloaded from dA. The ocean is not my work in that sense.
