Looks like you have item conflicts. ie you installed too many mods and they're overwriting each other's id. Try to get the conflict resolver mod. I think it's called HIR. I've never used it though. Most of my mods don't overlap since I only install ones I need.
From the look of it, your nier hair mod is conflicting with the Elin ear mod.
