Description Fredi jumping during the pilot whale pre-show before Blue Horizons (just had to make a pilot reference in the title)! So she was actually only supposed to do two bows, but after the bridge she did another one. Of course I wasn't really ready for it but luckily my camera was able to handle it and got a closeup of her jumping! Sorry about her tail going out of frame though.

May I use this? It's just for a post as a "record" of all pilot whales in captivity. No bias, no agenda. And I will credit and link back.

Yeah it is! I tried so hard to catch the preshow, ended up going to every Blue Horizons I could. Thank you so much! SeaWorld Orlando's pilot whales are amazing!

I know the feeling. usually my wife and I go once or twice a month. we chatted with one of the trainers a while ago and he said they usually shoot for the mid day show when they do the pre show. I can't wait to see the little gals and guy again they are just so awesome.

It never fails to amaze me how, in so many pictures I've seen from many different sources / photographers, the Cetacean is looking directly at the camera. Β

Just shows me how aware / intelligent they really are. Β They know what a camera looks like and what it does.

Yeah, I really think she enjoys working with her trainers! She's clearly overachieving in this photo.

Nice! We've been lucky to see her twice for the pre-show. We saw all four our last visit earlier this month. Going yet again tomorrow for my fiance's b-day. I think he'll flip if we get lucky again. He adores Fredi

Thank you! I saw 3 during my entire time there by going to every Blue Horizons showing I could. It's a real treat that they have the pre-shows! I will miss them because I imagine they will stop once the pilot whales are ready for the show.

It will be a while yet, before they stop. All of them are quite young, even Fredi.
