Another picture from last year trip to london.
I submitted it for a calendar "competition"... they didn't choose it, they where too busy with beach landscapes... :grin:
A little note, i didn't manipulate the setting in any way, i mean, i didn't put the piece of scrap there

In George Orwell's novel "1984" an attack is happening to Oceania which used to be London in the book. And during the bombings him and his family take refuge in an underground place with thousands of others. He called it a "Tube Station". It is ironic that this picture, to me, portrays exactly what he was describing in the book and the fact this picture was taken in London. Also in the book the government uses mass surveilance to spy on the population.. notice the video cameras on the ceiling in your photo.

i wasn't thinking about that when i took the picture.
but i remember thinking that london underground was the closest thing to orwell's dystopian futur i've ever seen, there was a CC camera on every corner and every 3/4 meters in straight allways. it was creepy

I couldn't ask for a better photograph of a tunnel to the underground station. You went to the right place at the right time. I really want to mark this as a favourite, but my computer won't let me.

il pacchetto di patatine... uhmmmm... avrei potuto toglierlo facilmente con photoshop, ma ho preferito lasciarlo.
un po' perchè altrimenti la foto sembrerebbe troppo fina e un po' perchè la macchietta di colore secondo me ci sta bene

la macchina che uso di solito Γ¨ una D70 (digitale), solo che volevo una macchina a pellicola un po' moderna.
ora uso quella di mio padre che ha, piΓΉ o meno, la mia etΓ . Γ¨ un po' uno sbattimento fare tutto manualmente.
quando arriverΓ non saprei, l'ho presa su ebay e me la devono spedire da chicago, deve passare la dogana e tutto, ci metterΓ un po'
potresti cercare anche tu su ebay la polaroid, sicuro qualcosa trovi

si, spesso ci vuole una carta di credito.
se fossi in italia potresti usare postepay, che Γ¨ una roba delle poste che ti rilasciano anche senza un conto corrente: ci carichi sopra un po' di soldi e poi, fino a quella cifra, la puoi usare come carta di credito su paypal.
alcuni accettano anche bonifici, western union e robe simili, ma non sono sicuri.
i fratelloni non hanno una carta da prestarti?
