Evelyn Harper, or Eve for her few friends, is a Woman who had a rough life. She grew up in a state orphanage and did everything to get herself and her only two friends out. It worked for her two friends, but she would stay there sadly. It was kind of depressing for her and her mood more and more darkens. One day, she starts wearing only Dark Gothic Outfits and adopting the life style of a Goth Girl. She even lost contact to her Friends, because their new Parents moved to Florida. Sadness and Anger where her dominant feelings at the Time, before she put down some new rules for herself. Be determined! Never give up no matter the odds!

After coming of age, she left for Newark, to become a Police Officer. The Goth Girl proved everyone she was a force to be recon with and passed the Police Academy with flying Colours. She was damm good at her Job and pushed herself to the max. and used all her Talents she aquierd over the Years. In fact, she was climbing ranks faster than anyone before her. Needles to say, not everyone liked her. Some high ups saw her as a Threat, her subordinats disliked her for being to determed and serious. If Evelyn was honest to herself, she admitted nobody jumped up in joy when she entered a Room. Despite this, she reached the Rank of Commander before she was 34 years old, thanks alone to her Hard work and Determination.

But just before her 38 Birthday and the next Decision, who would be promoted to Deputy Chief, Evelyn found a official Mail in her Mailbox. Telling her literally, she was not a Candidate for this high Position. To say she was dumbfonded by this came barely close to it. She knew the New Chief of Police was conservative and old-fashioned, but this was to much! It was even written in the Mail, that is was not clear she as a Woman was up to the Task. Boy, Evelyn was so pissed as she read that! What Century lived the Chief of Police in? 1800 or what? Around this time however, maybe a Week or so later, her Old Friend came back to her Life and Evelyn learned, that her Friend also choose to become a Police Officer, down there in Miami. What surprised her even more was, that the Career of her Friend was even more successful than hers. In Fact, with 42, her Friend was already at the Top and was offering Evelyn the Job as new Deputy Chief of the Special Case Department! And for the first time in a long time, Evelyn felt Happy and almost immediatly accepted the Chance given to her. Little did Evelyn know, that already her first Major Case would throw her into Events with possible World altering consiquences!
