I'm assuming that by "tank" you mean motor vehicle of mass destruction. If so, I'll be glad to do it.
There is one issue. I'll need some sort of image to draw your friend from. However, this is the WorldWide Web; it's not safe to send photos of yourself or people you know to people that you don't know. Instead, just write a description of his basic features (i.e., hair color, height, weight) that I can base my representation on. Keep in mind that he'll be rendered as a cartoon, so you don't need to be too specific.
PS. If you can, take a look at some of the Tintin comics and try to imagine your friend as one of the characters. That should help.
