I love this picture. I think it's awesome how you've made everyone look slightly sad, afraid or bored. If someone was smiling it would completely defeat the purpose. I also like how you've put Hermione and Luna in pullovers/sweaters (or whatever they're called) and the rest with plain business shirts. Great drawing and colouring!

Hmm, I see what you mean, but it's still quite well done generally. I think maybe it's to do with the placement of the eyebrows or the irises.

I'm pretty sure it's the eyebrows and irises too but for the life of me I can't seem to change them for the better (and I've tried). :S

Very nice picture, although as you pointed out earier in one of your comments they do all look rather stoned... possibly try varying their eye shapes and eyebrow contors?(at them moment they're all quite similar) Also, they have very neutral expressions, which is also possibly leading to this problem. Personally I struggle with drawing believable expressions, but it's usually worth the effort.
