sorry I felt poetic lovely pic, love the caring expression the devil girl has and it just seems so peaceful, like my heart will just float, it's so wonderful.

^^ I have them on a different account and I haven't posted a picture of them but I have described them in later works. 'Kolina', the blonde one, is the only one described so far. I'm writing... well, an e-novel, I guess, about them, and I'm still editing them. ^^ If you want, I'll email you some pictures of them when I finish. ^^

It's wonderful! The colouring is really good, I love how the light comes into the cave. That's an amazing effect. Also, I love the blonde girl's clothing (not to sound dirty xD ), it's really well drawn and shaded, very realistic. She looks so hurt, I feel like the other girl should be holding her closerrr ;__;

I agree with *Veni-Mortem on the swords, they need to be less bright, less gaudy...
The brightness of the fire should be higher, also, I would blur the corners of the fire, most parts of your image has an realistic touch to it, and the sharp borders of the fire seems so cartoon-style, compared to the background and the shading of the characters...

They are just two OC's from a story/rp of mine that I have fun drawing, really.
To sum it up shortly, Sierra(the one on the left) is a demon/angel/vampire hybrid. That's a lot I know..but the way my story is it can't be helped, lol. Arabel is the other one, she's like an avatar to the gods, and the last of her kind. Don't have all the details of the story worked out because a lot of it is still in my head.

I think Sierra's hair looks particularly good here. It's not curving inwards quite as much as it usually is, and I think it looks really good like this. Just my opinion, though.
Hm, as far as critique... I see a few things. The main thing would be the two swords; they seem a bit out of place. I think they should stay, as they fill in that space, but I think the shadows and brightness of them should change a bit. Perhaps have them darker on the right and gradually get brighter as they're closer to the fire. You use PS, right? Should be easy to do with the gradient tool and the lock transparent pixels options in Layers. I'm not absolutely sure, but I think that may help. I'd try that first and see how it looks. Main thing is the weapons are a bit bright and stand out.
Only other thing is the fire. Perhaps it should be a bit brighter and a little less green. But that's really not a serious problem.
Other than those two things, I see no problems. I love it! Impressive as always. You're getting better and better.

But umm well I threw the swords in like 20 mins before posting it, because I didn't have a lot of time to do them. I'll have to fix it later tonight when I'm able to get back on the comp its on.
