Buttercup's P.O.V

The next morning I awoke to the smell of fresh lime and blackberries. So I pulled myself up and out of my bed. I was still wearing the dress from last night. I exited my room and headed to the kitchen. Where I saw Butch cutting the fresh fruit. He spotted me. "Morning Rapunzel." He said referring to my long hair. He looked good in his dark forest green tunic and black pants. His sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. Then I saw his hands and fingers covered in gauze. "What happened to your hands and fingers?!" I asked running over to him. "What? Oh that well this is only my second time using a cooking knife." He said as I looked over his hands. "And when did you get the fresh fruit and where?" I asked still amazed he didn't cut off his fingers or hands. "I woke up kind of early saw you had no fruit went to the market and picked some fruit I thought you and I would like. Was I right?" He asked. "You were right!" I said shocked. "Why do you sound so shocked?" He asked. "Well no ones ever and I mean ever got it right the first time." I said still astonished. "Well I'm glad I'm the first." He said. "Well I have to run to the market later. Would you like to join me?" I asked with a grin on my face. "I'd be honored." He said helping me cut the fruit. His hands on top of mine.

Butch's P.O.V

I awoke early the next morning. So I headed into the kitchen to see if she had any fruit. She didn't have any so I put my boots on and went to the market. I picked up some limes and some blackberries. When I came back I went into the kitchen and started to cut the fruit. A few minutes later she emerged from her chambers. She was still in the dress she wore last night. "Morning Rapunzel." I said referring to her long hair. She must of saw my hands and fingers cause she came running over asking what happened. "What? Oh that well this is only my second time using a cooking knife." I explained as she looked over my hands. "And when did you get the fresh fruit and where?" She asked amazed by something. "I woke up kind of early saw you had no fruit went to the market and picked some fruit I thought you and I would like. Was I right?" I asked trying to keep calm. "You were right!" She said still shocked. "Why do you sound so shocked?" I asked. "Well no ones ever and I mean ever got it right the first time." She explained still astonished. "Well I'm glad I'm the first." I said. "Well I have to run to the market later. Would you like to join me?" She asked with a grin on her face. "I'd be honored." I said helping her cut the fruit. My hands on top of hers.

Buttercup's P.O.V

After we ate a meal of fruit and toast. We relaxed for a bit. "Ready to go to the market?" I asked grabbing the pouch that held my money and slipped on my heels. "Yes I am." He said as he slipped on his boots. He linked arms with me which made me blush a bit. We headed to the market. I picked up some eggs, limes, blackberries, bread, and meat. I paid the people the money I owed them. And put the items in my basket that I used at the market. Then I felt someone grab my wrist and forcefully turn me around to be face to face with my ex-husband Mitch. "So this is wear you've been hiding." He said. I felt someone's hand remove his then another grasp my waist. "Who's this honey?" The man asked lightly kissing my cheek . I looked up to see Butch wink then I caught up with his plan. "This is my ex-husband Mitch sweetheart. He paid my parents for my hand but then cheated on me so my parents gave him back his money and he became my ex. But he wouldn't leave me be saying I was still his wife so I ran off to this beautiful country known as Italy." I explained kissing Butch's cheek which made him blush a bit. "Why you little slut." Mitch mumbled and then he pushed me into a nearby stand. Butch punched Mitch in the gut and then in the face. Mitch fell down. "She's no slut you 2 timing jerk." Butch growled then helped me up. We left after I apologized to the man who's stand I broke. We then left arm in arm.

Butch's P.O.V

After we ate a meal of fruit and toast . We relaxed for a bit. "Ready to go to the market?" She asked grabbing a pouch which I think holds her money and slipping on her heels. "Yes I am." I said as I slipped on my boots. I linked arms with her which made her blush. We headed to the market. She picked up some eggs, limes, blackberries, bread, and meat. I helped her pay the person for the meat. When I turned around. I saw her face to face with some man. He was holding her wrist in a manor she did not like. So I walked over removed his hand and put my hand on her waist. "Who's this honey?" I asked lightly kissing her cheek. She looked up. I winked hoping she caught on to the plan. She did. "This is my ex-husband Mitch sweetheart. He paid my parent for my hand but then he cheated on me so my parents gave him back his money and he became my ex. But he wouldn't leave me be saying I was still his wife so I ran off to this beautiful country known as Italy." She explained kissing my cheek witch made me blush a bit. "Why you little slut." Mitch mumbled then pushed her into a nearby stand. That pissed me off. So I punched him in the gut then in the face. Mitch fell down. "She's no slut you 2 timing jerk." I growled then helped her up. We left after she apologized to the man who's stand she broke. We then left arm in arm.

We returned to the manor. I picked up some of the mail before we headed in. "You have 2 letter's." I said looking through the mail. "From who?" He asked his voice like silk to my ears. "From 2 assassins named Water and Fire." I said curiously. "That's my brother's I haven't seen since I was 13." He said rushing over and retrieving the letter's. "And you got 2 letter's from 2 assassins named Sapphire and Amethyst." He said. "That's my sister's I haven't seen since I was 13." I said taking the letter's from him. We sat down next to each other now relaxing

We returned to the manor. I picked up some of the mail before we headed in. "You have 2 letter's." She said looking through the mail her voice like silk to my ears. "From who?" I asked.
