An old character for a new forum. Let's see if he can strike as much terror as before. Before he was a full zombie, in this new roleplay forum, there's a virus that turns people and pokemon into pokemorph.

I worked his face so it showed him slightly like Two-Face for the play on character design, and have his damaged side be similar to a Jack'O Lantern. Most of the rest is just a humanoid shaped cacturne. Also he takes some characteristics from Hall Conagher, my Cacturne Gijinka that's a sheriff. However, this version is not the Good kind of sheriff you'd like to go with. He enjoys Death sentence a bit too much.
