I kind of missed doing some Pokemon art, so I thought a quick sketch would do (although it ended up taking like four hours instead of one). I've also been trying to practice on action poses/scenes to work on dynamic drawings. I feel like it's something I need to do more of since a lot of my drawings are kind of "static".I was also inspired by the latest game Pokken Tournament, so I wanted to do two characters you could play from that game.
But out of curiosity, who you do think would win?

I personally like Lucario more, so as far as who I would WANT to win, I would pick Lucario. Although I can't say who has more of an advantage for sure

I would cheer for either but given the fact that Blaziken has the biggest type advantages (both fire and fighting dual type versus Lucario's Steel type), Blaziken vs. Lucario is a "no contest" type of fight. XD

(My thoughts): If Lucario can finish it within 2 turns he wins. His ability turns his STAB attacks into a beast. However, being part Steel is detrimental when facing a Fire/Fighting type.
Speed Boost lets Blaziken steal the advantage after that point. Even if Lucario had Agility, he'd be exposed to Blaziken's attack for that turn. Unless Lucario runs Extremespeed, in which case Speed Boost isn't a factor.
No party support (sticky webs, toxic spikes), fresh from Nurse Joy, trainer IV/EV/Egg Move (they do need a human to Mega), I feel that Lucario has 1 turn to try to win.
(Looks it up on pokemonshowdown.com, then self edits for a couple things): I was right. Blaziken's Flare Blitz deals almost 200% HP to Lucario, and runs Protect.
If Blaziken doesn't run Protect, Lucario is 10 base speed faster, and can hit Blaziken with Close Combat for 113% HP damage.
If Blaziken does, Speed Boost gives Blaziken enough speed to land with Flare Blitz.
Unless the Lucario runs Agility instead of Bullet Punch or Swords Dance. He can then anticipate the Protect, gain additional speed to keep up with Blaziken, and strike the second turn for the OHKO.

Yeah I like both of them, but if I had to choose which one I like more I'd have to say Lucario.
And as far as who would win, I agree that they would both maybe end up in a draw. One isn't in too much of a disadvantage, which makes the fight more fair in my opinion.

Ikr some people always try to compete with them so much hardcore, which one is the better against each other? especially in competitive(I know Blaziken has the advantage but still...) I don't CARE and is really bugs me
But if atleast they try to focus outside of the universe(just like in Pokken)? That would be interesting and EPIC AF to see and I'll choose my boy Blaziken FTW
