Very surreal! Straight away I thought of mammatus clouds which "dangle" below the anvil of severe storms. I often imagine that they'd be "dripping" downwards not too unlike this. The lighting captures that last bit of sunlight for the day perfectly and the human figure shadow gives a very eerie mood to it
