They look very sweet.And I really love your color choices. But I have couple of questions to your description. First if she IS unconscious, I don't think she would be able to hold her head up (so now he can relax a bit) And second: he is holding her away from his body. So is he super strong or he has issues to hold her closer (which is mechanically much easier), I am just not familiar with the story line.
sorry just a thought In "Twilight" Edward would look like that carrying nauseous Bella to the nurse.

May i give you a small critique? The body proportions are very nice, but unless the guy has some super strength, he wouldn't be able to hold the girl that far away from his body. She should be tilted more towards him and instead of just using his arms to hold her, he should be using his core as well (You's already got him supporting her with his legs and that is good too!) But yeah, human bodies are very heavy, especially when they're unconscious... n.n;
And thats just my little critique.
I love the colors and love how you always make the eyes stand out.
