Description
I made a sketch of this on paper in late December 2013 and I started to paint it in february this year. I finished it several days ago. Despite not being completely satisfied with the result I wanted to share it anyway as part of my growth. Hope you like it.

That's pretty sweet with the fish providing the light for the mermaid to read,
and omg.. that bubble eye goldfish forgot what it's called but it is so cute, nice work on the details of the painting,
