Deku: "Uraraka, what was the last thing you remember?"

Uraraka: "I... I remember we were on the space station with Dr. Richards when then those aliens showed up and attacked. Then Bakugou blew up that artifact they were after, releasing whatever was inside it and the whole station began to blow. I ended up separated from all of you and got myself sucked out into space. I made sure everyone got away safely, but my suit got damaged. I thought I was going to die... and then I saw that...thing that came out of the artifact. There was this bright light and then I felt so much agonising pain that it felt like I was on fire. Then the next thing I knew I woke up here, the doctors said I was comatose for a few days. Deku, what happened up there?"

Deku: "I'm not sure myself. When the space station blew up, our shuttle was somehow guided safely back to Earth and we crashed into the ocean. And then you rose out of the water, you were surrounded by fire shaped like a bird and then you lost consciousness. We waited adrift until the Pro-Heroes came to rescue us. I was so scared, I...we thought we lost you."

Uraraka: "I...I don't understand. How did I even survive though? Did I really survive?"

Deku: "You're here now, aren't you?"

Uraraka: "Yes... But there's something different about me. I feel like me, but I also feel like I'm someone else. And not just that, but my body, my Quirk. It not just feels different... but rather better than they were before. Like I am no longer bound to my normal limits, like I could reach out and feel the entire force of gravity all around me and just clench in the palm of my hand."

Deku: "There's something else. When you rose out of the ocean, you said something, a name. You said 'I Am Phoenix'. Uraraka, who is Phoenix?"

Uraraka: "Phoenix... That's what I called myself? Am I... Phoenix?"

Deku visits Uraraka in the hospital who has been confined there for the next few days after having awakened from her coma since her transformation and bonding with the Phoenix. She tries to remember and recollect the incident that happened on the space station before it blew up, how she somehow survived and just who or what is the Phoenix that now inhabits her body that she had referred to as herself.
