Starlight Glimmer, a resident from the future of 2099, had created a time gateway using her advanced knowledge of science and magic and traveled back to the early 21st Century to build Alchemax years before it was originally established. This results in the flow of time and history being drastically altered into a world where Alchemax is the major ruling company in the world built in Starlight’s vision and image, as well as causing the premature death of Spider-Man in the process.
Miguel O'Hara, the Spider-Man of 2099, now must team up with his predecessor Peter Parker to save him from his fate and help each other fix reality and undo Starlight's twisted scheme before time and reality itself collapses.

This is purely a fan idea for a concept arc based on Jamal2504 's Spider-Man/EQG crossover "Ultimate Spiders and Magic" with this loosely adapting "Spider-Man: Edge of Time". It is in no way canon to the actual fan fiction.
