Description Started doing some Terra-forming on the Watkins Glen. Got both tunnel portals erected, and spent some time lacing cardboard strips to outline the contours of the mountainside. I have yet to place the plaster cloth atop it, and decided to go ahead and do the retaining wall. The wall is composed of an uncountable number of balsa wood blocks painted with a coat of black fallowed by a coat of roof brown. It looks fantastic if I do say so myself.

Layout is starting to come along at a reasonable rate.

It's a 25x24 inch module. I'm doing this as a challenge to myself and my skills. Mind you it takes second to everything else involving you know....preservation of real equipment and artifacts and operation of real railroads.
