ARTISTIC POINTERS:
Here I try to retained that cartoon-y chibi-esque Final Fantasy IX's character design style and not aiming for realism in the face and body proportions; the game as how we remembered it is charming and whimsical - I aspired to reminisce this collective memories in the way of portraying the FF9 feel to it. It's won't be classic Final Fantasy without feathers and swords lol---------

It's hard to find people who have played this game in dA, great to know that you did - the current gen are spoil by high end graphics and MMO style RPG, they miss out on the classic J-RPG gameplay lol

Usually I get torn between going for realism and illustration, thanksfully the gamer inside me convinced that it's best to go for the game's style as a sign of appreciation and sort of a tribute
