Xiomara is known in Night City as “La Chupacabra” because she is a Solo who has a particular methodology.

- She incapacitates her targets by sucking (collecting) their blood (for future selling to hospitals purposes) and then also downloading any information in their head for the one who hired her.

- Is Puerto Rican.

- Can detach her jaw and cheekbones and replace it with different jaw and cheekbone attachments for different purposes. Mostly she walks around with a transparent chassis version that lets you see the black steel skeletal structure and sharpened/pointed canines and incisors – evoking the imagery of the folklore for Chupacabra and the Oni of the Samurai logo.

- Carries around a machete along with her netwire for combat. When in an area with UV light, her hair glows and she has various skin implants and tattoos that glow magenta, yellow or blue. Her hands and arms are completely robotic.
