Description
In college, we had to do a drawing project and base it on a certain theme.

I chose the theme "What makes you you" and despite the fact it usually takes me ages to think of an idea, this came to mind surprisingly quick.

Music is really important to me, since the right tune can completely influence my emotions or State of Mind if I listen, so I picked out the artists that are most important to me right now and write the lyrics to one of their songs in the background. I have many more musicians I could have picked, but there's only so much you can fit on one piece of paper

It's a simple idea, but it took ages to finish, since it obviously involved a helluva lot of writing and I'm incredibly slow at it (the text in the top middle panel alone took me 3 hours, and I think I got Carpal Tunnel XD)
It was fun though, and I probably shouldn't moan about the writing, considering drawing the faces turned out to be even more of a pain-in-the-ass!

Since I had to get most of the faces drawn 2 days before I was due to hand in my work, I just used references from the internet and drawn the faces exactly as I saw them (besides Skrillex, I really couldn't be assed drawing different expressions from the photo's).
I'm so annoyed with how they came out; most of them don't even look like them! >XC

Anyways, the artists I chose are:
* The Beatles (Come Together)
* Daft Punk (Around the World) <3
* Deadmau5 (Raise your Weapon)
* Linkin Park (Numb)
* My Chemical Romance (The Ghost of You)
* Skrillex (Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites) <3

I chose these guys all for specific reasons, but I won't type them down since I believe I've rambled enough XD

I'm going to upload each individual section aswell and put them in my Scraps, if you want to see each one in better detail
