Gorgeous photo, I love how surreal the filter makes the world look. I do slightly have a problem with this, though. The composition just doesn't flow. It's like the tones just sit on top instead of blending. Normally I would think that this needs more contrast but I'm honestly not sure that it does in this case, I'm not quite sure what it needs. However, I do like the way to didn't center the bench and the way you've set up the shot. Nice work overall.

There are many problems with infra photo, because of the long exponation time, the nature is not motionless, so hard to made a sharp picture, with a desired contrast. If I made more contrast in post processing, I made more noise with that.
