I love the top view you have in it! Thats something I cannot do XD Is there a trick to doing it other than just seeing it. Having a depth perception (is that what its called? idk) is impossible for me, yet I really wanna know how.

Top view is one of the hardest things to draw. It's easier to understand and draw if you start by seeing simple 3d forms in parts of body of the character you draw. But even if you can base your drawings on such forms, there's still perspective, which is really problematic
Haha, I'd like to help you if I could, but I find it hard to describe many things in English. Still, there are lots of great tutorials in the internet

I do notice that all of the guys in your pictures tend to look alot more feminine than masculine.Β I mean, I have nothing personal against a feminine-looking Link. I guess it doesn't connect with me as much because I imagine Link as being more masculine than feminine...and sometimes that means less brains too. xD

the only thing that really bothers me is that Link looks a bit like a girl
