"Whether I live or die makes no great difference," -Kaoru NagisaNOT A YAOI PICTURE!!!
Shinji and Kaoru, two of my favorite characters. I wanted to convey the entire 24th ep. in one picture. If you have seen ep 24 then hopefully you can understand it, but if you haven't seen it then I guess you got a preview. I did this listening to Tsuki no Le from Outlaw Star ^^. I think it's perfect for this picture.
Prismacolor, comic twin, and copic marker. Black and white india ink, prismacolor colored pencils, col-erase colored pencils, nupastel, acrylic paint.
The sketch alone took about 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
Coloring 3-5 hours.

Wow you did a GREAT job conveying this eisode with one picture I completley understand what you were going for, the meaning of the picture and everything. Awsome juob my friend. Shinji and Kaworu are my favorite characters too. I like how you made Shinji putting his hand through Kaworu's heart Great idea! And I also like how there's a decapitated Angel behind Kaworu explaining his death. Gosh you did a great job I absolutely love it.

Love EoE. There are some nice Kaworu moments GAH KAWORU! HOW DARE YOU GET SO LITTLE SCREEN TIME!!! *cries*. I was planning on buying End of Eva a while ago, but now they have this nice box with both movies +postcard and mousepad, and the cover features Lillith AND KAWORU! I need it for my Nagisa shrine :3. Christmas is coming.....

It's ok, I understand. And the person being killed is Kaoru Nagisa. I watched the entire show just to see him :3. He is an amazingly awesome character!!! *muchwuvforkaoru*
