Ah, that's not very clear. She's in a stationary car that looks like a family minivan or something. There's nothing in this that suggests anything about drinking and driving. (On it's own of course, if you were putting this into a contest for anti drinking and driving photos I'm sure it would be great)

technically speaking, it's an "expression" about a program that is about drunk driving. It's not particularly clear, I know, but with the final text it makes a little more sense.

Very nice photoshop work there. On the far side of her it looks like she's got two arms, one going to cover her mouth, but I can't tell where the other one ends up...I'd guess it goes to cover her other ear?

scrap added! probably doesn't help much -- I just basically melded the two photos together using the pen tool, clone brush, and some reference shots (I had to replace her elbow with another picture's because it got cut off here)
