Name: Ryokaze Hayashi
Backstory:
Among all the other kingdoms, no kingdoms has more Nephalic presence than the Sunstone Kingdom. During the 3 Nephalic Invasion, Asia received the brunt of the Invasion. Many Asian countries were wiped out during the first few months, many more were destroyed. The majority of the people of asian fled to seek refuge with other countries, not knowing they are either being attacked or destroyed. With not much else they could do to survive, they might as well go down fighting to the end.
The remnants of Asia started a counteroffensive, attacking areas filled with Nephalic Beasts but avoiding the 'Smarter' ones. Most of them didn't survive long but in the end, they managed to hold out long until Humanity managed to achieve victory thanks to the Champions of The Third. Even with most of the Asian cultures and countries were lost. They survived to see another day.

The Sunstone Kingdom represents the kingdom of where modern Japan was. after what happened after the 3rd Nephalic Invasion, the have one of the most fanatic warriors, fighting in the name of preservation. Even after the Invasion, a large amount of Nephalic Beasts was still present. Knowing that other kingdoms can't help them at the moment, they decided to do it themselves. Thus, the Huntsmans Clans were born.

Each clan is unique, as different Nephalic Beasts has (More or less) different behaviour and tactics. Some Clans prefer hunting in groups, some prefer solo using heavily weaponzrd mechs, and some used Nephalic Beasts. Ryokaze is part of the Yōkaigari Ichizoku, a clan specialized in hunting and taming Canine Nephalic Beasts. Taming Nephalic isn't specific to them as the majority of the Sunstone Kingdom uses tamed Nephalic Beasts. A few other kingdoms near them also has tamed Nephalic Beasts but not as much as the Sunstone Kingdom.

Ryokaze was raised to be a Hunter like his ancestors, taught to fight just as fiercely as the mosnter he hunts. When the time came for him to be an official hunter, his village was attacked by a Nephalic Beast, The beast was faster than anything he ever seen before, it ripped through his family and friends before running off after seeing a group of hunters.
Ryokaze vowed vengeance, and this became a right of passage to become a hunter for him. He searched for days, but eventually found the Beast. It was resting on the ground, heavily wounded with bullets and slash wounds. This was his chance for revenge but then he was ambushed by a Nephalic Abomination, much stronger and bloodthirsty than beasts.

But somehow, he survived that encounter. He went home severely injured yet still stanfing. Beside him was the same Nephalic Beast he wanted revenge on. According to him, the Beasts helped him against the Abomination.
It was unclear why as most Beasts would flee or help an Abomination. Even if the vow of vengeance was abandoned, he still became a hunter thanks to his victory against an Abomination, which he said was just 'Lucky'.

Ryokaze and his new hunting partner, Inugami, became one of the most experienced hunters of his clan. The only few who could ever take on
an Abomination. During the 4th Nephalic Invasion however, he couldn't stop an army of them rampaging across the Great Jewel Kingdoms. He fought as much as he can but it was futile and many of the other hunters knew it. The Prophet approached him, he was alone with Inugami, waiting for the end. But he provided a chance. To live another day. Naturally he accepted.
