Love for the story department! Without Amy Keating Rogers, Cindy Morrow, Chris Savino, Meghan McCarthy, Charlotte Fullerton, M. A. Larson, and Dave Polsky, our favorite ponies wouldn't have much to do on our screens, and you'd have more meandering mush (kinda like the previous incarnations of the MLP cartoon) and THIS guy is the one who keeps them all on track, so that we enjoy consistent narrative, strong plots, and engaging stories, making sure everyone stays true to Lauren Faust's vision. Oh, and Rob previously worked with Lauren on "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends", too!

Although I know it is a team effort, and one single departure cannot completely ruin the show, the one departure that woupl put the show at risk would probably be this guy. IIRC, he has the most experience out ofe veryone, and he works as a filter for good and bad ideas and execution.
Basically, without a very competent editor like renzetti, the show would be an absolute mess.

Ooh, your first one in this series of someone on the production staff that I haven't heard of. Now I'm gonna look him up.

...Oh wait, this guy created My Life as a Teenage Robot? That show was pretty awesome. Seriously, it's like the staff of MLPFIM is comprised of everyone who helped make every badass show from the past 20 years.
