An arrogant Trandoshin Mandalorian Commander who wore the same style of Battle Armor as Mandalore himself had insulted the family of Acklay Fenrir, saying that because their liniage included Sith Purebloods, the Mando'ade Clan was littler more than Dar'mando. His father, the Kaleesh Mandalorian Salukita Quisi'nan as a result challenged the Trandoshin to a Geroya Deharan, a Mandalorian duel of annialation. rather than killing his opponent, the Trandotian spared him so he would live in misery. Salukita had by then restored his clan to full strength since it's distruction by his Sith wife's former master. The Kaleesh swore to the Trandotion before leaving the Mandalorian stronghold on Geonosis, that if he was robbed of his glory as a Mandalorian, then by his Kaleesh ways, he would become a Living God, and then he would be a Mandalorian Again with a legacy infinately more glorious. His wife, Deskat Orasp gave him her black robes to cover himself, because in his disgrace he refused to wear his beskar'ga'am. she and her husband disappeared.

Surprisingly, when leadership of the clan was challenged by several ambitious Kaleesh and others, it was Acklay, and not his sister a Mandalorian Ralleymaster, who triumphed and became head of their clan. Shortly afterward, the Galaxy was invaded by the Eternal Empire. Acklay led his clan in taking an Imperial superweapon Mounted on a Harrower dreadnaught during the midst of an Imperial attack on an Eternal Empire star fortress. the mutiny staged by the Mandalorians turned the tide in the battle, and enabled them to throw off the despotic and suicidal sith leader, and then destroy the fortress, before the arrival of the Eternal Fleet. Acklay renamed the ship Goddess of Kallee in honor of his linneage. After the Death of Mandalore the Vindicated, and the rise of Mandalore the Avenger, Acklay recruited more Mandalorians to crew his battleship and waged an all out war against Zakhul. He was said to never take prisoners, and to not be above bombarding civilian centers to destroy his enemies.

Some time later, The Same Trandoshin who had cost his father his honor appeared with the other mandalorians. Seeking to avenge his father's disgrace and his family's honor, Acklay challenged him to a Geroya Deharan, and winning, prepared to kill the Trandotion. with his last breath, he cursed the sith pureblood, and said that this was twice he had been robbed of his Jagganoth points, the mystical points granted by the Trandoshin Goddess, the Scorekeeper, for every kill. Acklay's sister, used the force to keep the trandotion alive, and then tortured him to demand what he meant, and who had robbed them of their family's vengeance. the Trandotion confessed, he had heard rumors of a shaddowy hunter, a creature that had gone from Yavin 4, Kalee, Nar Shaddaa, to dozens of other worlds. killing the strongest monsters alive. He had killed Trapjaw, of the Dune Sea, The First of Drommund Kaas, and the Nightmare Pilgrim of Voss. whever he went, there were fools he said, who called this creature a God. A God, they called Death, and he hunted only the most glorious prizes. but he claimed to have seen him bleed. to have seen him walk between bursts of lightning on Zoist, He claimed the creature stalked him, before turning away in favor of greater prizes. So The Trandotion vowed to find him, and hunt until this so called God was a worthy foe.

With the Trandotions dying breath he said the God's cult on Kalee had demanded they pay his respect to him at his shrine before he would be permitted to hunt on their world. His last utterance, was to say, he had lost a Geroya Deharan to this God, and been spared to cost him his Jagganoth points, so he would live in dishonor. The trandoshin died, but many members of the Clan confessed, that they too had departed from time to time, to make a pilgrimage to Kalee to pay homage to this God. Other Mandalorians, and even the Eternal Empire and jedi had heard of this hunter, and among the desperate and weak, and strong warriar cultures alike, worshiped the so called God of Death. on Nar Shaddaa, the cult bore a great statue carved from a Giant battle droid husk, riddled with blaster bolts, and sword slashes. they had statues and paintings of a creature shrouded in a black robe wearing a deathmask. Even a Hutt crimelord's clan had taken to fallowing the God

Acklay took the Trandotion's armar as a sign of his clan's restored honor. The armor, had been commissioned to match Mandalore the Vindicated by the egotistical trandotion as he felt himself cheif amongst the mandalorian commanders. Acklay painted the armor white, and red, as a sign of his Kaleesh heritage, so it would bear the markings of his father's people. Some time later, Acklay's mostly Kaleesh clan called upon him to make a pilgrimage to Kallee and pay homage to the Living God, who many Kaleesh beleived was the Avatar of Death, who had come to enjoy the thrill of battle. journying to Kallee, they found a sprawling acropolis filled with skeletons of great monsters molded onto stone statues, built by massassi savages and the others, a towering citidel, that had once held the home of Acklay's Kaleesh ancestors, and their clan, now had a great temple built next to it. Enraged, Acklay called for his siblings to avenge the defilement of their ancestral home. those who were not rallying to the alliance, came at once, only to find the cloaked God, wore sith robes, and a Kaleesh mask. His father, Salukita Quisi'nan, had become a Living God. Shortly thereafter, Mandalore the Avenger came to Kalee and realizing who it was, called upon Salukita to return to the Mandalorians having redeemd his honor and attained glory from hunts far greater than he had before. Even in the turmoil of the wars with Zakhul, all the galaxy knew of him. Deskat Orasp and Salukita Quisinan susiquently joined the Allaince, Salukita taking over as head of his clan once again, but retaining his son Acklay, as second in command.

Acklay went on to lead reconquests of the planets Zakhul had razed, burning and annialating Zakhulan settlements, earning the nickname 'Onslought' from Alliance forces. Acklay retained command of his newly aquired battleship, as his father and mother had taken his mother's ship in his father's quest for newfound glory to replace what he had lost. Acklay still wears the armor of the Trandotian he slew to ascend to the head of his clan, as a sign, and warning of what his family could do to those who insulted their honor.
