You mean the YouTube one? Called Cease the Day? It's a story about a boy named Araragi Koyomi who encounters many girls who all have something supernatural affecting them. Some of the girls try to kill him but he wants to help them. And eventually they come over to his side.

Bakemonogatari is my second favorite anime, right after Kara no Kyoukai. The main character is a boy named Araragi Koyomi, and he encounters lots of supernatural beings, such as Senjougahara, who is plagued by a crab god and it's taken away her weight. Each "part" of the anime is about a different girl who has to do with the supernatural, and he helps solve their problems. Some of the anime is bloody but the animation is freaking amazing. I highly recommend it ^^
