Looks good! And it is nicely done!
But to be honest it is a bit generic, and could easily be mistaken for any other RPG game poster.
What I feel you should do, to bring out the characteristic Witcher portrait, is to somehow (subtly) show the Witcher's silvery hair, as he faces off against a creature from the typical Witcher bestiary (e.g., a Rotfiend), or maybe he and his Scoia'tael pals/enemies face each other they square off to fight together/against-each-other.
You know, a poster that screams (subtly) "This is the Witcher 3, folks... and it will blow your mind!".

I do agree with you that this is a bit generic. I've never played any of The Witcher games but they look really cool, and at the time i just wanted to make some kind of poster for it. I wasn't exactly sure what to do for this poster and was feeling lackluster that day (until i made my L.A Noire poster).

If you are a gamer, it is your duty to your gaming sensibilities to play the Witcher series. Trust me, you will be gushing for praise (or at least genuflecting in critical judgement) at the end of every episode of every game in that epic series. See its review and scores at Metascore, IGN, etc. and you'll know why the Witcher fans are so passionate about it.
As for your poster, it is marvelous in its own way, and I could never do such awesome artwork, so hats off to you sir!
