OK, Edward, you know I always like your art but since you're asking a -critique- I thought I'd let you what strikes me about this image. Now, it's possible it was done from references and that might affect how this critique strikes you. And I don't want to sound mean, just point out artistically what I see going on. Honestly, I could be shredded easily on anything I draw. ^_^;;

1) Neck looks too short. Or anchored too low on her shoulders. Her upper body looks roughly vertical to me, it doesn't look bent forward. So you've got foreshortening effects in play that I don't think are correct.

2) Yeah it's kinda rude but I've got to point out her crotch area looks wrong. It's like the bottom of her bikini is pulled over her butt cheek, I would expect to see more abductor brevis and abductor longus action anchoring to the left and right pubic symphysis bone area. Not that I know all this in particular. But I looked it up to try to describe the problem I'm seeing.

3) Left foot (her right) on the left seems oddly placed. Trying it out myself it is possible to do, but then the leg would need less foreshortening if she was doing a split. But balance would be an issue with her foot being inline with her split. So the leg either needs to be longer or foreshortened with her foot making up the difference between placements.

4) Right foot (her left) looks wrong no matter how you slice it. Heel is placed too high. No room for both the calcaneus and the talus. And being that is a boot, it is way too deformed. A shoe would not allow that.

All that said. It's a sexy pose, and I've drawn my own characters in similar (tho not exactly the same) poses...
