Except sometimes King Rascal pees outside the litter box, to mark his kingdoms territory.

Yeah. Rascal wants to make sure everybody knows he's the boss.
It only takes a minute to clean up.
He knows he's not supposed to do it, but that Rascal of mine does it anyway.
