This Zoro was FANTASTIC!GOSH HE'S SO GOOD!
I had to get photos with him, and this one turned out epic!
This will probably happen one day in One Piece.
It just makes sense.

My uncle is a wood worker and I just brought the design to him, sadly.
I was basicly four panels of the same size, with one with the additional circle for the blade.
Out of thinner plywood he cut the blades and matched the circle size the that of the base arm gaurd.
Then nailed everything together and screwed in the blade, not full tightness that way the blade could move.
