I know Valentimes was a month ago but here's a drawing of Palette holding some roses.
And I know what your thinking "Palette's a kid?!?" and to that I say "your not wrong" XD
But I'm seeing this situation more like what happened in Rouge's Daycare comic, other's has even said that maybe he got the gift for Goth.
