Description
On an evening stroll around the Vörder Lake. Nobody around, no noises but the sound of the birds and the low standing sun hit the old trees. I think they even planted some giant old yellow-birch trees here, which aren't native in europe. I'm not a botanist but they certainly looked like yellow-birches.Location: Vörder Lake (south shore), Bremervörde, Lower Saxony, Germany

I think I read a sign that said "only open until sunset" so that might be why. Although there are no real entrances or gates and nobody cares if you are there or not. It made for a nice change though, having to do with people all day long.

Yeah it was a nice park. They sold it as "nature experience" which it's obviously not but I think it's a nice place for children to learn about nature an ecosystems because they added a lot of educational stuff around the lake.
