Oh well, not much to say here. After laying out the concept I struggled for weeks to find an element to really bring the image to the viewer, without success.
However, I could say this is one of my first works with a real, good looking horizont. Could say that's an achievement. I also learnt loads about polishing a complete image so yeah, maybe I really poured my time into something meaningful.
Oh, and I do love mountains. We all do.

Majestic!! I love the additional touch of the animal on the side of the peak. Makes it much more natural (every time I see mountains there is almost always an animal to be seen: bear, deer, goat, etc...) Great job of the receading becons into the distance.
Not to categorize, but would this happen to be related to the lighting of the becons in LOTR?

Wow, beautiful work! If there were small footprints leading to or from the fire, I think, would add something nice to it, but its great as is

I was actually thinking about that (moreso since there's a bordercdollie in each of my newer pictures and one is hidden in those one too) but to keep the scale they would've been so tiny nobody would've seen them.
