Great work man, keep at it. If I could give any tips I'd probably say to be a bit more selective with your highlights - instead of having them all over probably reserve them for the focal points of your painting (such as not on the edges of the fabric at the bottom. Also I'd probably make the blades a bit darker so that they pop on the mid-tone background - a strong silhouette would really help define the shapes from far away - maybe try looking at your work from a really small thumbnail view to see if it works too, cause I too get into the habit of having too much fun detailing but not making sure it works as a composition.
