Sorry but I don't do couples since the size is really small. Two characters wouldn't fit in one keychain. However speech bubbles are fine, I guess.
Any time! Usually I show a photo of the sketch then if there is any problem you'll tell me and I'll fix it. But you can ask a photo at any step.
