My first cosplay was a blood pact, but now that i improved my costumes i am totally unhappy with it. When i will have time and motivation i will remake it more like yours

I have some on my facebook profile, but I am not proud of the at all. Almost all equipments that I have used was from softair and It was too clean to be realistic, that the reason because I didn't publish it here.

Your overalls are inspiring: I should darken the suit or take a new one and stain it in red to have a dirty effect like yours.
Replace the softair jacket with the same pouches and Y belt that I have used on the krieg costume
Replace the arm bands with some scratch built shoulder pads
Modify the mask by adding a long nose and paint it is a brass color
Replace the softair shotgun with my lasgun
Maybe replace a chaos icon around the neck with a couple of severed hands
Maybe add a khorne symbol and spikes to the helmet

I think anyway that your Warhammer cosplays are a bit too clean.
You should at least have the see were in use.

Yes i know, it's a common critique. I experimented a pleasing weathering with the nemesis rocket launcher, but i still haven't found an easy way to fix the pigments without giving to the surface a semigloss appearance.
And the appeal of making new things is an enemy of reworking the existing ones ^^
For the next fall I have to plan a photoset of my costumes with a professional, so i guess that will be the deadline for that

We usually sprinkle the weapons and clothing with spray cans. XD

I considered using spray paint too, thank you for sharing. From a few meters distance it would be fine, but I am too perfectionist and I would prefer a more realistic method.

The only way that i have found so far is to apply dirt with dry pigments and spray a matte varnish to protect it. As no varnish is truly matt, you may wish to sand the painted surface a little with a very fine grain to restore the surface opacity
